i confirmed the date to do it wil be on the 9TH AND 10TH OF DEC.
time is 9-11.30am and 2-4.30pm, with the time difference as lunch break.

On the 9^th,

morning we will do chirstmas decorations

as they do not provide Christmas decorations,we might have to do some special drawings or come up with some decorations to hang on the walls? Best is we do mural painting. The girls can design and the guys can paint..liddat shld be able to last the morning : )

then on the noon, we can do the portrait thingy

again painting once more.

On the 10^th

We will do gardening. Morning and afternoon..shld be able to last the time.

and this cost DOES NOT include bbq
so if u guys wan to haf bbq will haf to pay more :)

another way is to haf budget bbq which is to bbq onli cheap stuff like hotdogs
and we buy food like bread to eat

The class photos order list has been sent to Sherry. Please approach her and collect the photos from her. Thanks. If you don't collect the photos soon we're gonna confiscate them and keep them for ourselves! :P Deadline for collection is end of this century. Hehe.

Anyway would you guys like to have a class outing? But you all have to be free so make out some time and think of where you all want to go. Come up with your own ideas then we'll do another vote. Somehow. Just discuss this in the class chatroom while some of us are gone for OBS. You may drag as long as you want and take as long as you want to discuss. Then someone tell us the final conclusion on whether you guys want to have another class outing to where and when. Have fun chatting and discussing in the class chatroom!

Oh and an update on the class chalet. The people in our class is so busy that the peak period where there is the most number of people free is next week or so and in January. And that'll be only 10+ people free. Sad isn't it? :P The planning's still ongoing by our mastermind CM so if you want to know more go pester her. Not me. I see you guys pestering me in my blog. Shooooooo. Wrong target. Lol. :P

Hey guys! The photos we took with the names of the people in our classes by the professional photographer is with Sherry. Please contact her to get the class photos you ordered as soon as she have the class list which says who ordered what. I'll post again when she have the list so this is just to inform you first.

And please respond to Wen Xian for the class CIP (more details in the previous post) as soon as possible so that we can have a class CIP and maybe give out the class photos during that time and maybe another outing after the CIP. :P

ermm I have finally did some SL rep stuff.

I have visited the Bukit Batok Old Folks Home, and have gotten some ideas abt wha we can do for cip:

1. Helping them to put up CHIRSTMAS DECORATIONS (3 HOURS)

2. Drawing up of a PORTRAIT: For this, we have come up with the idea. All its left is to put up the actual thing. I try to ask if we can do a drawing instead so can get more CIP hours : )

3. GARDENING and MAINTENANCE OF GARDEN: For this, if ur wan to do, they will provide us with the seeds and we can help to plant them in. They have a piece of grassland that is quite empty, so we could plant some plants there. Also, we can do some maintenance after planting the seeds. : )

4. PERFORMANCE. Ermm, for this we can perform chirstmas stuff for them, bt we need all of the class to respond. SO, I need ur RESPONSE! Pls indicate if u r willing to perform and I will c how : )

haha. Ermm those are the things..so pls indicate whether u wan to do which one

best is all la so it is easier for me to organise and ur also can hav more cip hrs. Of course do more good deeds! : )

I just felt like posting this after reading edwin's post and also cos i was there on friday and watched some S25 appeal to continue on with their 4H2s... Apparently, the principal has already decided not to allow appeals for people to keep 4H2s this year... i saw them went in and came out... Sadly, It seemed like a hopeless case...
 
Anyway, if i not wrong, they are more or less convinced that they have to drop 1H2 and well i think that the rest of us shd support and respect their decision on which subjects they will be dropping. Personally, i think that they shd not consider abt remaining in the same class when deciding on which subject to drop, after all, this decision could change their future... Just do what u guys think will be right, i at the very least will support ur decision.
 
In any case, even if our class make-up were to changed, i think that we will always rmb the 1 year spent together, the class outings, the lessons tgt and so on... I believe the rest of the S25 would miss u guys too... Hopefully, there will still be occasional class outings to catch up with one another...
 
So, To everyone in 08S25, regardless of the 2009 class make-up, STRIVE HARD for ur studies, do well for ur A lvls next year... (let's start with chionging our holiday hw...) That's all for my feelings now...

Hey guys! Here's the holiday assignment updates!

GP: The compre paper given before the holidays as well as the vocab worksheet on the portal needs to be done before school reopens.

Physics: There's also a stack of H1 and H2 worksheet to do. All structured questions in the TYS as well. There should be 11 topics. Finish it before the school reopens!

Economics: There's a macro economics tutorial behind the notes that needs to be done. If I'm not wrong that was the chapter taught before the school closed.

Chemistry: Special instructions from Ms Toh. Finish the Inorganic Chem assignments which will be uploaded on the portal. Email your solutions to Ms Toh at toh_ee_hsia_eileen@moe.edu.sg by 5th Dec. Hand in the Organic Chem assignments (which will also be uploaded onto the portal) to her pigeon hole by 8th Jan (PJC Open House).

Maths: Remember to do the maths holiday assignment. It's only a few pages. Hand in when school reopens as well.

Chinese: I'm just joking. There's no homework for Chinese.

Project Work: And neither is there any homework for PW.

3. Those who are down for work attachment please remember that there is a briefing at dunno what time as well.
4. Those who are successful in apply for OGL please be reminded to go for your OGL briefing at dunno what time also. The time and namelist is on the Council notice board.
5. Those who have Chem Olympiad please remember to bring your Chem Olympiad stuff and go for your lesson at dunno what time also.
6. Those that want to renew their locker rentals please remember to collect the renewal form for the lockers from the General Office soon so that you can submit an application for it. I'm not sure about those that want to sign up for it next year. Maybe you can wait till next year or take the form from the General Office and send it to the company as well.

This is what I know. Please try to remember if there's any other matter you need to attend to in school and note it down somewhere in your phone or something.

Good luck for getting back the promo results! And as Mrs Chua said, "All these shall pass." Or something like that. Hehe.
