Ok this post is more dedicated to the guys so gals, u can ignore this...
i am here basically to attempt to encourage and motivate u guys to strive on for your pull-ups
Reason for doing 1st set MAX pull-ups and at least 15 pull-ups per day
1) For your own good in the future =S
2) For my own good this year and next year =P
3) For Fun, Laughter Peace and Joy
4) As a show-off ability to your friends
5) To become more muscular so that u can raise ur value as a potential boyfriend ^^
Ways to motivate yourself to do it
1) Set a goal and BELIEVE u can ACHIEVE it... for eg. beginners (8) then intermediate is (15) then advanced is (20) and so on and so forth
2) Find someone who can do approx the same amt of pull-ups as u, then have a competition to like reach 1st set 8/15/20(according to ur targeted no.) pull-ups... winner gets dinner or sth liddat...
3) Constantly remind yourself that NS will force u to pull ups... If u dun do now, u may suffer in future... remember hor, by then u MAY(i not sure) have more weight(not from fats but from the equipments)
4) Think pull-ups as a short break everyday from your studies
5) Have a stereotype that gals like muscular men lolz
OK hopefully u guys who have read this post will be more motivated to chiong pull-ups.. hopefully i will no longer hear from u guys the pull-up no. that u predicted to do(cos it shows that your not striving for max)... Lastly, i hope u guys have fun with it and will be not have any trouble in the future..
